Payment:
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Payment is accepted in cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If personal financing is desired, our office offers CareCredit, which provides flexible payment or interest options.

Treatment requiring more than one appointment may be divided into equal payments at each visit.

Dental Insurance:
Patients may assign payment by insurance companies directly to this office if pre-authorization is obtained in advance of treatment.

The patient is expected to pay patient’s portion of treatment cost at the time of service.

Any balance not paid by insurance within 60 days of treatment is to be paid by the patient.
The above policy is designed to help keep our expenses as low as possible so that  we can keep our  fees  reasonable.
