Great! We welcome all new patients and their families.

As a new patient, you can expect to complete a patient history form. The information asked on this history is necessary to provide you with the best dental care possible. In addition, you will be asked to bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.

Generally, your first appointment with us (except in emergency cases) will include a comprehensive examination, necessary x-rays, and a cleaning. If you have current x-rays from a previous dental office, please make arrangements to have a copy delivered to our office before your first appointment.

If you normally take antibiotic premedication for cleanings, please premedicate before you arrive. If you need a prescription, please call the office.

Following your examination, we will review our findings and discuss your concerns. A written treatment plan will be developed including sequence of treatment and an estimate of fees.
