Do you accept Dental Insurance?
Many of our patients have dental insurance. Our office will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms for these benefits. We will make every effort possible to assist you with understanding your particular coverage. Please call our office for any insurance questions you may have and for the plans we participate with.

What can I expect on my first visit?
Generally, your first appointment with us (except in emergency cases) will include a comprehensive examination, necessary x-rays, and a cleaning.

What are my payment options?
Our office accepts personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If personal financing is desired, our office offers Care Credit, which provides flexible payment or interest free options.

Can I fill out my paperwork before my office visit?
You may fill out a complete patient history form from the “First Visit Forms”.
Download and complete this form before you arrive. In addition, you will be asked to bring a list of medications you are currently taking.

What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday form 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
